On December 8, 2023, the company held the fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the fifth meeting of the fourth board of supervisors to deliberate and pass the “bill on using raised funds to increase capital and provide loans to wholly-owned subsidiaries to implement fund-raising projects”, agreeing that the company will use the raised capital to increase capital and provide loans to Shanghai Aichuang Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aichuang Packaging”), a wholly-owned subsidiary that is the implementation entity of the fund-raising project.
Since the implementation entity of the fund-raising project “Industrial Paper Packaging Production and Construction Project” is Aichuang Packaging, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, the company plans to use the raised capital of RMB 82 million to increase the capital of Aichuang Packaging. After the capital increase, Aichuang Packaging's registered capital will increase from RMB 218 million to RMB 300 million, and the company still holds 100% of Aichuang Packaging's shares.
In addition, the company plans to use the raised capital of RMB 12.5095 million to provide loans to Aichuang Packaging, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The current loan is an interest-free loan for a period of 6 years. According to the actual needs of the fund-raising project construction, the loan can be renewed after expiration, or it can also be repaid in advance. The loan period is calculated from the date the actual loan occurred.
