According to the Zhitong Finance App, Wanda Hotel Development (00169) announced that in the three months ending September 30, 2023, ten new hotels managed by the Group began operations, with a total of more than 1,360 guest rooms. As of September 30, 2023, the operating hotel network managed by the Group reached 147 hotels and over 32,800 guest rooms.
In the third quarter of 2023, the occupancy rate of all hotels was 63.0%; the average daily rate was RMB 515; and the average rental room income was RMB 325.
