Glonghui (600008.SH) announced on December 8, Shouchuang Environmental Protection () announced that the 15th interim meeting of the company's 8th board of directors in 2023 deliberated and passed the “Proposal on Investing in the Second Phase Renovation and Expansion Project of the Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant in Zhumadian City”, which agreed that the company would use the BOT model to implement the second phase of the Zhumadian Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II renovation and expansion project; it was agreed that the company and Zhumadian Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. would increase capital in proportion to RMB 66.4 million, of which the company invested RMB 59.76 million. The project cooperation period is 24 years, including 1 year of construction. This is the second phase of the renovation and expansion project. The total investment amount of the project is 221.37 million yuan, and the construction scale is 75,000 tons/day. Zhumadian Shouchuang Water Co., Ltd. (known as the “Project Company”) is responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the project. Currently, the project company has a registered capital of 74 million yuan, the company holds 90% of the shares, and Zhumadian Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. holds 10% of the shares.
