Glonghui News (002446.SZ) announced on December 8, Shenglu Communications (002446.SZ) announced that the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors and the fourth meeting of the sixth board of supervisors held by the company on December 8, 2023, reviewed and passed the “bill on terminating the company's 2022 issuance of A-shares to specific targets and withdrawing application documents”, agreeing that the company should stop issuing A-shares to specific targets in 2022 and apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to withdraw the relevant application documents. The relevant directors have avoided voting. The company's shareholders' meeting has authorized the board of directors to handle matters relating to this issuance with full authority, and such authorizations are still in effect. There is no need to submit this matter to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
