According to the Zhitong Finance App, Liangqing Holdings (08603) announced that on December 8, 2023, Liangjing Beauty Co., Ltd. (as a tenant), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company, agreed on the property's lease agreement with Barrowgate Limited (an independent third party, as lessor) and implemented the terms of the new lease agreement. The lease period starts on April 30, 2024 and ends on April 29, 2027 (including the first and last two days). The total cost payable by the lessee under the new tenancy agreement is approximately HK$19.1 million

According to reports, the property is located on the 30th floor of Lee Garden Mall Phase II, 28 Yun Ping Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, China.
