(“Enterprise Management Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Dongguan Tianjie Supermarket Co., Ltd. (“Tianjie Supermarket Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Renren Commercial Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Commercial Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, that is, a wholly-owned second-level subsidiary of the company.
The enterprise management company and Tianjie Supermarket Company have long-term internal capital arrears to the parent company, which currently cannot be repaid. To solve the historical problem of long-term arrears, the company plans to increase the capital of its subsidiary enterprise management company by 94.2 million yuan, and the Shenzhen commercial company plans to increase the capital of its subsidiary Tianjie Supermarket by 44.5 million yuan.
