According to the capital increase agreement, Qise Luzhai must apply to the relevant market supervision authorities in China to complete the relevant registration and filing procedures for the capital increase; and the registered investors are equity holders of Qise Luzhai, both of which must be completed within 30 business days from the date of payment of the total price.
