Huaxi Securities pointed out that recently, H-share education companies have released fiscal year 23 performance announcements. Judging from the overall performance and dividends, the New Higher Education Group and Zhonghui Group performed relatively well, but overall, they showed: 1) the net profit growth rate was lower than the revenue growth rate, indicating that various companies are investing more in accordance with policy requirements; 2) due to the slowdown in the growth rate of special promotion costs at a high base, the growth rate of students enrolled in various companies will slow down in the future.

Guoxin Securities believes that the regulatory attitude of the education industry is gradually becoming clear, the superimposed education company business model is being carried out in a more compliant form, and the results of the phased transformation are prominent. Education companies are all expected to show a strong recovery this year. Looking at the long term, after the double reduction policy, the supply side of education and training institutions was cleared by nearly 90%. The competitive pattern in the industry improved, and the industry's prosperity is expected to be maintained under the mismatch between supply and demand.
