On December 4, China Science & Technology (603927.SH) announced that due to her personal capital needs, shareholder Guo Dan plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4,712,900 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions, accounting for no more than 0.7939% of the company's current total shares. The implementation period of this holdings reduction plan is within six months of the three trading days from the date the company issued the announcement of this holdings reduction plan (including the expiration date of the six-month period).
