According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhengyuan Dixin (688509.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 41% of the shares of its holding subsidiary Harbin Institute of Technology Zhengyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Gongda Zhengyuan”) to the Zhongnan Bureau (“Zhongnan Bureau”) of the China Metallurgical Geology Administration (“Zhongnan Administration”). The transfer price is 52.8456 million yuan. After the transaction was completed, Zhengyuan Dixin no longer held shares in the above companies and was no longer included in the scope of the consolidated statement.
