According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xiangsheng Holding Group (02599) announced that in November 2023, the total contract sales volume of the owned group was about RMB 2.106 billion, an increase of 147.76% over the previous year; the construction area of the contract owned by the group was about 156,900 square meters; and the average contract sales price of the owned group was about RMB 13,431 per square meter.
For the 11 months ended November 30, 2023, the total sales volume of contracts owned by the Group was approximately RMB 15.757 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 31.12%; the construction area of the contract owned by the Group was about 1,163,900 square meters; and the average contract sales price of the owned group was approximately RMB 13,539 per square meter.
