According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dingyi Group Investment (00508) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$118 million, a year-on-year decrease of 88.04%; profit attributable to company owners of HK$106 million, an increase of 189.94% over the previous year; and profit per share of HK14.42 cents.
According to the announcement, the increase in profit was mainly due to a decrease in income from the property development business; and the combined impact of an increase in non-cash confirmation of anticipated credit losses impairment losses on loan collection and interest.
