Gelonghui November 30丨Tianmai Technology (300807.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received the “Notice Letter on the Proposed Agreement to Transfer the Company's Shares” from Mr. Guo Jianguo, the controlling shareholder of the company. Mr. Guo Jianguo, the controlling shareholder of the company, plans to transfer no more than 5 million shares of the company through an agreed transfer within three months after the date of disclosure of the announcement, accounting for about 7.35% of the company's current total share capital.
