On November 30, Glonghui Co., Ltd. (600642.SH) announced that in order to further promote the better healthy collaborative development of the company's main business, finance, and equity investment, the company, Shenneng Chengyi, and Ningbo Shenyi jointly invested in the establishment of a fund. For details of fund establishment, please refer to the “Notice of Sheneng Co., Ltd. on Investing in Jiaxing Yiyuan Xinheng Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)” disclosed on December 16, 2022. Considering the investment needs of the fund in the later stages, it was decided to increase the capital and expand the fund through research by various partners. The total fund size was increased from 10.01 million yuan to 40,004 million yuan. Among them, the company's total investment increased from 90 million yuan to 360 million yuan, Shen Neng Chengyi's total investment increased from 10 million yuan to 40 million yuan, and the total investment pledged by Ningbo Shenyi increased from 10,000 yuan to 40,000 yuan. This capital increase does not involve new partners, and the shareholding ratio of all parties remains unchanged. Apart from adjustments in the amount of capital contributed, the other details of the partnership agreement have not changed.
