Agile Holdings (00186) announced results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. Group revenue was HK$1,076 million, up 361.8% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$105 million, compared with a loss of HK$26 million in the same period last year; and profit per share of HK$1.91 cents.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is mainly due to the increase in sales revenue from the property development business during this period.
