Doushen Education plans to use the current total share capital as a base and implement a capital reserve transfer of shares at a rate of 13.8 shares for every 10 shares, resulting in a total of 1,198 billion shares. After the increase, Doushen Education's total share capital will increase to 2,067 billion shares. Of the transferred shares, 902 million shares will be conditionally transferred by the restructuring investors, and the restructuring investors will transfer such shares on the condition that they pay cash consideration and provide performance commitments. The remaining share transfers are used to settle debts.
