Therefore, according to the board's decision to change auditors, EY has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 28, 2023.
The company's board of directors also announced that it has decided to appoint Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor, effective November 29, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancies after Ernst & Young's resignation.
