The bond is “Yakang Convertible Bonds” for short, and the bond code is “123181.” From September 27, 2023 to October 25, 2023, the closing price of the company's stock price for 15 consecutive trading days was not less than 130% of the current stock conversion price (38.13 yuan/share) of the “Yakang Convertible Bonds”.
