According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jia Ningna (00126) released results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. Group revenue was HK$366 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.38%; loss attributable to shareholders was HK$135 million, a year-on-year decrease of HK$14.2%; loss per share was HK$8.61 cents.
According to the announcement, the reduction in losses attributable to shareholders is mainly due to the combined effects of a reduction of about HK51 million in exchange losses and an increase in financial expenses of about HK$30 million compared to the valuation of invested properties in the same period last year.
