According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tiande Real Estate (00266) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$153 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.05%; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was HK$233 million, compared with a loss of HK$557 million for the same period last year; profit per share was HK$0.49, with a planned interim dividend of HK$0.06 per share.
For the half year ended September 30, 2023, the Group's operating profit before changes in the valuation of investment properties was HK$94.5 million, a slight increase of about 0.8% over the same period last year.
For the half year ended September 30, 2023, the net valuation profit of invested properties was HK$386 million, while the same period last year recorded a net valuation loss of HK$1,195 million. This valuation change will only affect the Group's accounting profit or loss, and will not affect its cash flow.
