(“Laofengxiang Limited”) to China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“China Huarong”) and Taian Qianxing Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), Nanjing Hehegu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Ningbo Junhe Detailed Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Ningbo Junhe Detailed Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Ningbo Junhe Detailed Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) Transferred The total amount was RMB 689 million.
According to reports, Laofengxiang Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of the company. The total shareholding ratio of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary China First Pencil Co., Ltd. (“First Pencil”) is 78.01%.
