Gelonghui November 29丨Dongyi Risheng (002713.SZ) announced that the company held the 5th (interim) meeting of the sixth board of directors on November 29, 2023 to deliberate and pass the “Proposal on the Sale of Part of the Shares in Subsidiaries”. It intends to transfer 29% of the shares held by Jiai Interior Design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Yijin Tiansheng”) to the transferee, Beijing Yijin Tiansheng Consulting Service Co., Ltd. (“Yijin Tiansheng”) at a price of 136 million yuan, and authorized the company's management to handle specific matters of this equity transfer, including but not limited to signing related agreements , handling industrial and commercial changes, etc. After the transaction is completed, there will be no change in the scope of the company's consolidated statements. The company will still hold 51% of Jiai Design's shares and will still be the controlling shareholder of Jiai Design.
