Gelonghui (600103.SH) announced on November 29丨Qingshan Paper () announced that in order to accelerate the implementation of the company's “14th Five-Year Plan” and achieve the strategic development goals of the forestry industry, the company is actively promoting “forest pulp and paper integration”, making full use of the advantages of Fujian Province and surrounding maozhu resources, breaking through the maozhu process in pulp and paper technology, and promoting the application of bamboo green fiber to achieve “bamboo instead of wood” and “paper instead”, and promote “expansion” and “downscaling” of the industrial chain to build a more “low carbon, environmentally friendly”, recyclable and sustainable “forest pulp and paper integration” Green industrial layout. The company plans to jointly invest with Fujian Shaxian Qingfeng Trading Co., Ltd. (“Qingfeng Trading”) to establish Fujian Qingzhou Zhongzhu Industry Development Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture was 10 million yuan, of which Qingshan Paper invested 5.1 million yuan in monetary terms, holding 51% of the shares; Qingfeng Trading invested RMB 4.9 million in monetary terms, holding 49% of the shares.
