(01727) was selected for two projects, namely the Winter Olympics non-registered VIP reception center project and the Baoding Guanhanqing Grand Theatre and Museum Project. The group's main construction projects have received a total of 28 Luban Awards.

The Baoding Guanhanqing Grand Theatre and Museum Project is located on the shores of Baoding Donghu Lake. It is a landmark building in eastern Baoding. It consists of two major parts: the Grand Theatre and the Museum. The total construction area is 66,700 square meters, the aboveground construction area is 49,300 square meters, and the underground construction area is 17,400 square meters. The main structure is a frame-shear wall structure, the roof is a steel structure, and the roof is a metal roof and glass lighting roof. It is a comprehensive cultural building integrating various functions such as viewing, exhibition, leisure, and entertainment.
The Winter Olympics non-registered VIP reception center project is located on the north side of Changcheng West Street in the Economic Development Zone of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with a total construction area of about 110,000 square meters. The main construction includes the design, procurement, construction and decoration of related supporting facilities such as 1 main hotel building, 1 fitness center, 1 conference center, underground garage, etc. The project is a supporting facility for the 2022 Winter Olympics. During the Winter Olympics, it fully serves non-registered VIP members of the 2022 Winter Olympics, and has become a benchmark reception center for the Zhangjiakou Division.
