According to the Zhitong Finance App, Gaosheng Group Holdings (01283) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained profit of HK$282 million, an increase of 32.06% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$14.919 million, a decrease of 51.8%; profit per share of HK1.9 cents, with a proposed interim dividend of 0.7 HK cents per share.
For the current period and the same period, the total profit and overall income attributable to company owners was approximately HK$14.919 million and HK$309.53 million, respectively. The decrease in profit attributable to company owners and total overall income was mainly due to a decrease in gross profit and an increase in administrative expenses and financial costs during the period.
