The group obtained revenue of RMB 351 million (same units below), an increase of 176.72% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners of the company was 201970,000 yuan, an increase of 198.64% over the previous year; and profit per share of 0.82 points.
Properties for sale increased from about $237 million on March 31, 2023 to about $972 million on September 30, 2023. The increase was mainly due to the completion of the Guanlan Phase II property unit. At the time of delivery of the property, the property for sale is immediately transferred to the cost of sales.
