According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yuanli Holdings (01933) released results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 254 million (same unit), an increase of 41.43% over the previous year; gross profit of RMB 40.99 million, an increase of 20.27% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 2,821 million, a year-on-year decrease of 70.93%; and profit per share of 0.57 points.
According to the announcement, the increase in operating income is mainly due to the increase in sales software and solutions business brought about by the implementation of large-scale informatization construction projects of a number of energy companies, and the increase in technology service business brought about by deepening cooperation with power grid companies.
In the reporting period, profit attributable to shareholders decreased by about $6.882 million year-on-year, mainly due to an increase in gross profit of about $6.909 million and; the Group further increased investment in R&D activities, and R&D costs increased by about $107.39 million.
