Gelonghui November 28丨Tianrun Dairy (600419.SH) announced that in January 2022, the company established a holding subsidiary Tianrun Qiyuan Dairy Co., Ltd. in Qihe County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, to invest in the construction of a dairy processing project with an annual output of 150,000 tons. Among them, the production scale of the first phase of the project is 105,000 tons of liquid milk products per year, with a total investment of 48,969.1 million yuan. At present, the first phase of the project has completed all construction work and was officially put into operation on November 28, 2023.
The completion and commissioning of the project will form a good complement to the company's dairy processing capacity, help the company optimize its industrial layout, further develop markets outside China, increase product market share, strengthen and consolidate the company's position within the industry, and enhance the company's image and overall competitiveness.
