After making all enquiries about the company under reasonable circumstances, the board confirmed that it was unaware of any reason for such stock price increases, or any information that must be published to avoid a false market for the company's securities, or any inside information required to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong.
