(“Dongri Food”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to sign a “Lease Contract” and “Comprehensive Property Service Agreement” with Wenzhou Vegetable Basket Group Co., Ltd. (“Vegetable Basket Group”) to lease real estate and land located in Waiyang Village, Shangshu Township, Tengqiao Town, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total target asset area is about 19343.61 square meters. The cumulative amount of this lease period (including property service fees) is approximately RMB 349.634 million.
According to reports, the purpose of this transaction is to further enhance the company's meat wholesale market business capabilities and extend the layout of the upstream pig slaughter and meat product deep processing industry chain.
