Glonghui November 27丨Accor Holdings (03313.HK) announced that in view of the expiration of the 2013 share option plan, the board of directors recommended adopting a new share purchase plan in accordance with Chapter 17 of the revised listing rules that came into effect on January 1, 2023 to incentivize or reward participants who have contributed or potentially contributed to the Group.
The Board of Directors also recommended the adoption of a share incentive scheme in accordance with Chapter 17 of the revised listing rules effective 1 January 2023 to incentivize or reward participants who have contributed or are likely to contribute to the Group.
