According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yinsheng Shuhui (03773) announced that Shenzhen Annual Card Network Technology Co., Ltd., the company's operating subsidiary in China, and China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. signed two framework contracts relating to the digital marketing services provided by the Shenzhen Annual Card to the bank.
The board of directors expects that the Group will be able to enhance its competitiveness and user base in the digital marketing services industry through such contracts, and that the synergies brought about by the cooperation will benefit the business development of the Shenzhen Annual Card. All terms and conditions of the contract were made through fair negotiations in the general and day-to-day business of the Shenzhen Annual Pass. The Board of Directors confirmed that the contract was concluded in accordance with normal commercial terms and that such terms were fair and reasonable and in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
