SHANGHAI, November 27, 2023/PRNewswire/ -- From November 22 to 23, 2023, the 2nd National Human Resources Service Industry Development Conference was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. On the morning of the 22nd, Chen Weiquan, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Shanghai Foreign Service, was invited to attend the opening ceremony.
