After the company completed the acquisition of Dajing New Materials in August 2020, according to the circumstances of the project, the company verified Dajing New Materials's original project from various sources, and based on the current environment, combined with the company's strategy and current business conditions, and after analyzing the photoresist market situation, the original Dajing New Materials project was re-planned and adjusted. Therefore, it was prudently decided to stop the continued investment and construction of the Dajing New Materials 4,500 ton photoresist project on the basis of Dajing New Materials's original project. The project is already in progress and is expected to be completed in August next year. After the adjustment, the company increased photoresist production capacity and eliminated the supporting reagents.
