According to the Zhitong Finance App, Qianhao Holdings (00064) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained profit of HK$208 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.2%; profit attributable to company owners was HK$77.042 million, an increase of 234.5% over the previous year; profit per share was 0.8 HK cents, and it is planned to pay an interim dividend of 0.5 HK cents per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in profit was mainly due to a reduction in net impairment loss provisions for accounts receivable during the period and an increase in the fair value of investment properties.
