According to the Zhitong Finance App, Core Economic Investment (00339) announced that all prerequisites for the placement have been reached and the placement was completed on November 24, 2023. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, a total of 47.52 million placed shares were allotted and issued to no less than six contractors at the placement price of HK$0.15 per share.
The net proceeds from the placement event amount to approximately HK$7.02 million (after deducting commissions and other expenses from the placement) and are intended to be used for future investment and business development and for the company's general working capital.
