In the resignation letter issued by Deloitte on November 24, 2023, Deloitte stated that it resigned as the company's auditor because Deloitte was notified by the board of directors. Since the company and Deloitte did not agree on the company's proposal to reduce the audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 after the company held its annual general meeting on June 2, 2023, the board of directors decided to recommend the appointment of another auditor.
Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Roshen Mei (“RSM”) as the company's new auditor, effective November 24, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancies caused by Deloitte's resignation. The term of office ends at the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
