According to news, Youlian International Education Leasing announced yesterday its interim results for the nine months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 441 million (same units below), an increase of 117.25% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners was 189 million yuan, a decrease of 46.09% over the previous year; and profit per share of 0.112 yuan.
According to the announcement, the decline in profit during the period was mainly due to the acquisition of Yantai Nanshan University in August last year with a one-time bargaining acquisition of about 270.5 million yuan. After completing the acquisition of Yantai Nanshan University, the net profit of Yantai Nanshan University was recorded in a comprehensive account of the group's profit.
