Dingli Capital (00356) announced that since the company and China Global Accounting Firm Limited were unable to reach a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, China Global has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 23, 2023.
As recommended by the Audit Committee, it resolved to appoint Weiwen Certified Public Accountants Limited as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancies that occurred immediately after the resignation of China Global. The term of office will take effect from November 23, 2023, until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
