The details of compensation and resettlement include: monetary compensation and land resettlement. Among them, the total monetary compensation price was 632 million yuan; according to the “Shenzhen Land Development Benefits Coordination Measures” (draft submitted for review), according to preliminary estimates by the Shenzhen Pingshan Planning and Natural Resources Research Center, the volume of equity enjoyed by the company was initially estimated to be about 554.33 million square meters.
