According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huazhong Vehicle (06830) announced that on November 23, 2023, Ningbo Huazhong Plastics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Ningbo Huazhong Real Estate signed a sales agreement 1. Ningbo Huazhong Plastics agreed to purchase office units at a cost of RMB 407.422 million to be disbursed through the Group's internal resources.

The first property in the sales agreement is 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 4-3, 4-1, 4-3, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-3, 5-3, 5-3, 6-3, 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, No. 3, Huacheng Garden, Lot No. 3, III-7-D2, High-tech Zone, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The building has 12 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. These office units are located on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th floors, and have a total floor area of about 3787.51 square meters.

On November 23, 2023, Ningbo Huazhong Plastics signed a sales agreement 2 with Ningbo Huazhong Plastics. Ningbo Huazhong Plastics agreed to purchase commercial housing units at a cost of RMB 9.3323 million to be disbursed through the Group's internal resources.

The building has 25 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. On November 23, 2023, Ningbo Huazhong Plastics signed a sales agreement 3 with Ningbo Huazhong Plastics. Ningbo Huazhong Plastics agreed to purchase 122 parking spaces, including basement entrance 1, 2, 3, and 4-1-582, in Lot III-7-D2, Hi-tech Zone, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The cost is RMB 9.948 million to be disbursed through the Group's internal resources.

The announcement said that office units will be used to expand the Group's operating headquarters and product development center, commercial housing units will be used for group employee dormitories, and parking spaces will be used by employees, customers and suppliers, with the aim of integrating the Group's resources, thereby increasing the Group's overall competitiveness.
