To thank the company's shareholders for their long-term support since listing and in view of the company's steady financial performance in the most recent financial year/ period, the board of directors is pleased to announce that it has decided to declare and pay a special dividend of HK$0.13 per share, totaling approximately HK$206.74 million, and will be paid to shareholders of the company listed in the company's shareholder register at the end of business hours on December 12, 2023 (Tuesday). The special dividend is expected to be paid in cash on or around December 18, 2023 (Monday).
