The company aims to produce light-blended, low-defect polished silicon wafers with a high technical threshold and relatively large market capacity, and is committed to meeting domestic demand for this product. Light-doped low-defect silicon wafers are mainly used in low-voltage, high-performance electronic products, such as mobile phones, etc.; while heavy-mixed silicon wafers are more commonly used in high-voltage products, such as chargers, household appliances, transportation equipment, communication equipment, etc. The design line width of low-voltage products is smaller, the control requirements for the internal defect rate of silicon wafers are higher, and the surface of silicon wafers is generally not used or only has a very thin epitaxial layer. Lightly blended, low-defect polished silicon wafers can be applied to 8-inch relatively high-end product processes and have high added value. Judging from the total global market demand for 8-inch silicon wafers, light-doped silicon wafers account for 70-80% of total demand; of the total demand for 12-inch silicon wafers, light-doped silicon wafers account for nearly all.
