Gelonghui November 23丨Bi Shengyuan (00926.HK) announced that Gu Liming has resigned as the company secretary of the company, authorized representative (“authorized representative”) as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited stock listing rules, and authorized person representing the company under section 19.05 (2) of the listing rules for accepting documents and notices in Hong Kong (“legal procedure document agent”), effective from November 23, 2023.
The board of directors also announced that Yu Hongjiang has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal process documents, effective November 23, 2023.
