According to the Business Association, the price of phosphoric acid has been slightly adjusted recently. The raw material market has mixed ups and downs, phosphoric acid cost support is limited, downstream demand performance is poor, and procurement is mainly on-demand. It is expected that the short-term phosphoric acid market will be weak.
Currently, the operating rate of phosphoric acid companies is stable, downstream procurement is on-demand, there are few market inquiries, and the industry is mainly wait-and-see. Up to now, the factory price of 85% industrial grade thermal phosphoric acid in Yunnan is around 7,300 yuan/ton, and the factory price of 85% industrial grade thermal phosphoric acid in Hubei is around 6,600-7,300 yuan/ton. The domestic 85% wet phosphoric acid market price is around 6250-7650 yuan/ton.
In terms of phosphate ore as a raw material, recently the overall domestic phosphate ore market has been stable and running slightly upward again. Some mining enterprises in Guizhou have narrowly raised the price of middle and high-end grade phosphate ore, by about 20-30 yuan/ton. The supply of low prices in the market has decreased, and the difference between high and low prices has narrowed. As of November 22, the domestic 30-grade phosphate ore market price was around 1000-1100 yuan/ton, and the higher price was around 1,150 yuan/ton.
In terms of the raw material yellow phosphorus, the price of yellow phosphorus in the domestic market has been reduced recently. The overall market trading situation for yellow phosphorus is light. Yellow phosphorus companies have mostly suspended external quotations, while market prices have loosened somewhat. Downstream procurement is still cautious, watching the situation a lot, and focusing on immediate needs. Up to now, the market price of yellow phosphorus is around 25680-27300 yuan/ton, and the actual transaction is negotiated.
