Marlboro Shenghua (02180) announced that on November 22, 2023, the company adopted the 2023 restricted share unit plan to recognize and reward participants for their contributions to the Group, and to attract, retain or otherwise maintain continuous business relationships with participants that will benefit the long-term development of the Group.
The 2023 restricted share unit plan will operate in parallel with the share option plan, the 2021 restricted share unit plan, and other related equity incentive plans that the company may adopt from time to time.
