HONG KONG, November 22, 2023/PRNewswire/ -- Huaqin Technology Group (Nasdaq: CLPS, hereafter “Huaqin Technology” or the “Group”) announced today that the Group's board of directors has approved and announced a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share. Special cash dividends will be paid on December 13, 2023 to registered shareholders as of December 4, 2023, for a total of approximately US$2.56 million.
This special cash dividend is another special cash dividend following the first special cash dividend of $0.05 per share paid on January 10, 2023.
Mr. Lin Minghui, CEO of Huaqin Technology, said, “It is our responsibility to give back to our shareholders, and we always remember this. This dividend payment will not affect the company's operations, including potential acquisitions and business expansion.”
Any specific policy on futuristic dividends, including dividend amounts, timing, record filing, and payment dates, will be determined by the Group Board of Directors. Whether to pay cash dividends and the amount of various types of dividends in the future will be determined based on the Group's financial position, operating results, cash flow, capital requirements, business conditions, applicable legal requirements, and any other factors the board of directors considers relevant.
