Professional Travel (01235) announced that it is expected that the Group will obtain profits of approximately HK$1.6 million to HK$1.8 million attributable to company owners during the six-month period ending September 30, 2023, while losses attributable to company owners were approximately HK$4 million in the same period last year.
According to the announcement, it is expected that the current period will turn a loss into a profit, mainly due to the significant recovery of the tourism industry from the adverse effects of the epidemic, resulting in a significant increase in revenue from the Group's travel and tourism-related business.
