Gelonghui November 21丨Xinglu Water (02281.HK) announced, (i) Liao Xingyue proposed to resign as the company's executive director and general manager due to job changes; (ii) Chen Bing proposed to resign as a non-executive director of the company and ceased to serve as a member of the company's board of directors strategy committee because of his decision to spend more time on other business undertakings; (iii) Yu Long resigned as a non-executive director of the company's board of directors and ceased to serve as a member of the company's board of directors nomination remuneration committee.
At the 14th meeting of the second board of directors, (i) Chen Qinan was nominated as an executive director of the second board of directors; (ii) Xu Fei was nominated as a non-executive director of the second board of directors; and (iii) Zhang Guanghui was nominated as a non-executive director of the second board of directors (collectively, the “Proposed Appointment of Director”).
