The number of shares issued this time will be determined by dividing the total amount of capital raised by the issue price. The number of shares to be issued shall not exceed 25 million shares (including principal amount), not more than 30% of the company's total share capital before this issuance.
The total capital raised in this offering is expected to be no more than RMB 300 million (including principal amount), no more than RMB 300 million, and no more than 20% of net assets at the end of the most recent year. The net capital raised after deducting issuance fees will all be invested in the SuperMap GIS 12 basic software upgrade development and industrialization project.
